My STory
In late December 2020, I woke up to my world spinning out of control. Chronic dizziness consumed me. For six tumultuous months, I navigated countless medical consultations. Finally, I was diagnosed with a vestibular disorder and migraines. Feeling alone and scared, I struggled to find support. Overstimulated and overwhelmed, I embarked on a journey of self-education. I sought ways to improve my wellness and regain control of my body.
Mind Wave Wellness and The Dizzy Health Coach were born from this experience. My mission is to be the support I once needed. With empathy, I guide clients along their wellness journeys. I provide a nurturing space for them to find peace and balance. Together, we discover effective strategies to help regain control of their bodies.
